<description> At the end of a recent hunt, I dropped my Gray Ghost Ultimates on the pavement, and broke the pin on the ear cup bracket which connects to the headband.
Totally my fault.
I emailed DetectorPro about repair cost.
&quot;Nothing&quot; - was their reply - &quot;...send 'em in for FREE repair&quot;.
Really?
Well, I sent them in - DetectorPro got them on Jan. 3rd. - got them back TODAY - Jan 5th... Good as new.
Now THAT is customer service.
