Lots of detail (Bet it was uncirculated when lost.) makes it perfect for what you did. (If it had smooth surfaces I'd be groaning.) Wear that thang with pride Tim and "sport the booty"! Fun!]]></description>

I think I would try soap and water with my fingertips first and see if that would make it good enough to admire. I have also used a silver dip which should make a big improvement on looks but collector value will suffer because you just shouldn't clean a collector coin. You might try the hot peroxide trick too and see if that would help.]]></description>
