. another good find was this 1858 flying eagle. Here it is fresh from the ground , it was deep!

the next one was this large cent. Here's the back fresh from the dirt.Once again this one was missed by many others because it was so deep, but the LTD nailed it

And the front, 1846 fresh from the lowcountry of South Carolina. Hard to find one this old, that's been in the ground this long, yet come out so pretty. Diggin in the lowcountry with it's sweet soil, there's nothing like it Oh yeah the T2 LTD s are :hot:

I also pulled a rim-fired casing out of the ground, It is marked US (I am assuming for US Cartridge) in small letters. Is there any website that might help me date the casing?

Been looking for this CW camp and been pounding a lot of woods and miles. The other day I dug this and believed it to be a cuff link. Well I finally found some info on it and it appears to be a Colonial cuff link that dates to circa 1750-1790. It is sterling silver with a really pretty design on it front and back. Hope the pictures show up. If anyone has dug this kind or have any more info please email me back or come back to this thread..
