picture literally. Thanks for looks, this was in a electrolysis bath for 24 hours. The picture was pre elecrolysis.
My question is do you think this was a slave shackle tie down or boat related anchor. This was found about 30ft
off of a pond. Here's one side of it:

The words at the bottom say: "The All Seeing Eye Guards You From Evil". The symbols clockwise from bottom left are a swastika, a key and heart-shaped lock, a four leaf clover, an elephant, a horseshoe, a rabbit's foot and a wishbone.

Here's the other side:

The inscription reads: "Good Luck Will Accompany the Bearer". Again, there's a swastika on the crystal ball.

We thought it might be some type of piece to a game, but after I cleaned it for him I'm not sure what it is.
