He is working as V.P. Operations for Lakefront Mfg. Inc. (not a GPS related company) He has University education in physics which allows him to have better than average understanding of the GPS system intricacies. His interest in GPS and maps started with sailing and boating, progressed into backcountry exploring (hiking, fishing, camping, hunting) and ended up taking a life of it's own as a full fledged hobby. This hobby led into his involvement with authors of TTQV mapping software and QV Navigator series of maps.
