Gray Ghost Headphones - Excellent customer service

At the end of a recent hunt, I dropped my Gray Ghost Ultimates on the pavement, and broke the pin on the ear cup bracket which connects to the headband.

Totally my fault.

I emailed DetectorPro about repair cost.

"Nothing" - was their reply - "...send 'em in for FREE repair".

Really?

Well, I sent them in - DetectorPro got them on Jan. 3rd. - got them back TODAY - Jan 5th... Good as new.

Now THAT is customer service.

This company has a customer for life.
