Food for Thought......

Most of us have known one another, if only here on the forum, for a very long time. However, few of us have shared what machine we detect with the most. Personally I use a Minelab X-terra 505 but have owned and use Whites, Garrett's and several others. What do you hunt with, on land or in the water? I think it would be nice if we all shared that information with one another. If nothing else, it may help someone else choose which detector they'd like to purchase for a particular type of hunting.?

Great idea!
For water I use the Tesoro TigerShark
For land it's the Tesoro Vaquero

I'm not a Tesoro advocate just got a screaming deal on the Vaquero, which I'm still trying to figure out.

OK so I real use the Minelab Explorer II for deep old coins and relics.
The Minelab Exterra 30 for competition hunts, dry beach hunting, tot lots, and snow hunting.
Then I use the Fisher CZ-21, and the CZ-20 for water hunting.

I use a Fisher 1266 x - been using it for the last 20 years. Before that I used a Fisher 1265 X. I figure why change if it's still working :) 17 solid gold this year so far, Steve in so az

Re: Well, I always used Whites! Coinmasters in the early 80's, White's DI Series 3 and the last I had used and still have is the White's Spectrum XLT! Never tried any other and would still use my Spectrum if I was able to do so! MaN/T
