He was from Benton and had a daugther named Angela (?). I'm not sure of her name, but Lil Sis knows, whenever she feels up to gettin' back on the forum.
Better located the Square Shooter card and put it under glass! It's a treasure for sure. <><

daughter's name was Angela, and went by Angie I think. Cactus Vick was a wonderful, Christian man, and his love of entertaining children made him famous. Like Lil brother, I remember the merry go round, (sponsored by wonder bread)when it had colored circles on the wrapper. I rode that thing as many times as I could when mother would stop. And she would stop every time just about. I know he was hired out for birthday parties more than anything, but I did not remember him being on TV. You got an ID card, and sometimes a little Sherriff's badge. We were very little. His sweet wife was a second grade school teacher, and she had just as sweet of a disposition as Cactus had. I'll see what I can come up with too.

Welcome d2........

5 years or so ago, I was throwing darts on a league every Thursday night and I got to know a guy who told me that his father was......are you ready?.......none other than Captain KARK!
If by chance you dont remember him, he was the guy that hosted The Three Stooges at 4pm on channel 4----KARK!
Blessings!

Everybody needs to know a "Cactus Vick" in their growin' up years.
Growin' up in Saline County was great. Mr. Vick is just one of the many reasons this is so. <><
