Why would any rational person vote for Obama?
Posted by: Greg (E.Tn)
Date: July 28, 2012 08:29PM
Obama's administration has been a disaster to the economy, to our national security, and to race relations.

So, WHY would any RATIONAL person give him another four years?

He hasn't offered any new solutions to fix the problems he has failed to fix so far.........

He hasn't offered any fix to border security, the housing market, health care, crime, terrorism, other than to say FORWARD! with his Marxist ideology.

The answer is, no RATIONAL person WOULD vote for him.

Apart from the minority who wishes only to elect a person who will guarantee that their welfare checks keep pouring in, Obama represents a specific ideology that appeals to socialists in this country who euphemistically refer to themselves as Liberals or Progressives, either intentionally or otherwise.

That ideological group generally caters to the following tenets:

1. Anti-Christian, or anti-religious in general;
2. Anti-Constitution, Bill of Rights;
3. Pro-Choice, Anti-Death Penalty for criminals;
4. Pro-Socialism, and even Pro-Marxist;
5. Pro-Gay marriage, anti- ANY support for family values, morality (recent events concerning the BSA, Chick-Fil-A, etc., emphasizes this)
6. Pro Government control over freedom, versus individual rights.

I fully understand that individual persons have individual ideals that are important to them, and this governs their reasons for voting for this or that president, so this caused me to pause in my considerations as to why any rational person would vote for Obama, considering the state of the Union as it stands today.

So I came up with these various reasons why someone WOULD vote for Obama today:

1. They want to foment the complete collapse of Capitolism, and the United State's economy as we know it.
2. They support Marxism and Socialism, and want to see the US follow the path of destruction as the EU has done.
3. They want Government to make the most important decisions in their lives, such as how to think, how to consider moral issues, how to manage their money, and how to protect their home, family, and children.....
4. They support a welfare state, and support punishing those who are successful and rewarding the lazy and shiftless.....
5. They don't believe in the lesson of history, meaning that they don't have the capacity of reasoning, the ability to look at past presidents who were successful and strong, and follow the lessons concerning what worked, and what didn't in dealing with issues relating to the strength of this nation.
6. They are racists.
7. They are pro-choice, pro- any immoral, deviant, perverted group or organization that flourishes under the ideal of "tolerance" for their corrupt or perverted ways.
8. They don't believe in God, and even more so, have the utmost contempt for anyone who does.
9. They are ignorant.

I offered this last to encompass those who I know who are democrat supporters of Obama, who are voting for him because they don't realize that he no longer represents what the Democrat party used to represent back in the days of their parents, or grandparents, and are simply voting for him because they have always voted democrat. I have friends who are actually good people who will vote for Obama again, simply because they are ignorant of what he TRULY represents.

They don't yet understand that he really represents EVERYTHING their party opposed from the 1960's on back.

a vote to complete the destruction of the USA? The people of the USA have the right to KNOW the ABSOLUTE TRUTH about the candidates before they cast their vote! A nation can't survive on lies. Oblamea has raised the bar of lies and cover-ups to a level that will probably never be reached again in the future of mankind. :puke:

I know a lot of people that I used to think were smart. Not anymore though. They still think he is the greatest. What really gets to me and others is they are elected to be the representatives of the public. The union money has corrupted them badly.

Excellent post and list of reasons. Mine are people vote for him that won't hand outs, that people vote for him that hate white people, and that people vote for him that were lucky enough for him to pick as one of the "good" groups of special interest (certain minorities and so on), and finally yes...Number 9...That many people are just plain ignorant. I feel number 9 is the main reason. Many dems vote dem because their dad did and his dad before him. They blindly swallow the "dems are for the little guy and the GOP are for rich people" line they've always heard and just pull the lever marked democrat. A large part of the voting public doesn't have time or the interest to research the parties, so they just get spoon fed the propaganda by the main stream media as they eat their dinner and never realize they are being brainwashed. Anybody who looks even superficially at the dem party will instantly see it's filled with radicals who hate capitalism, America, and white people.

Think I'm finally home after a lot of years searching for my particular needs. Custom 1.5 lb lighter :minelab:Sovereign GT (easy to do by just "building" lighter shaft) & SEF 12x10 as everyday coil. 8" Tornado (actually 7.25") as super heavy trash coil (Very deep & separates better than typical 8/9" true size coils). 13" Ultimate for large fields/beaches on certain days I want to grid faster than even the 12x10's nice improvement over stock for that. Stock 10" Tornado stays on water rig (stock shaft). :garrett: ProPointer. Owned 15x12 & SunRay S-5 (5.5") at one time. Loaned a prior 13" Ultimate & SunRay S-12 (12.5").

Some Oldest Silver- 1835 Bust Dime, 1842 "O" Seated Dime, 1855 Seated Quarter, 1858 3 Cent Piece, 1891 Seated Dime, & another Seated Quarter too damaged to read date. Highest Value- 3 Cent Piece, Seated Quarter, & now 1921 F-12 Standing Liberty. Oldest Coin? Got to give large cents a good look & see. 2013 so far- 1 Seated Quarter, 1 Barber Quarter, 1 Standing Liberty, 2 Washingtons, 1 Barber Dime, 9 Mercs, 3 Rosies. 1 War Nickel. 19 silvers in total, & 1 1872 key date Indian, 2 Bufallos, 1 man's 14K gold medium sized ring & 1 gold chain, with possibility of few 8"+ deep mystery coins being Indians after cleaning.

What matters in life is the journey and not the desitination. How you handle that journey determines if you were a success, not so much what you achieved if and when you finally get there, especially if you made it by stepping on people along the way...

... I do believe it is much simpler that what you are making it, and these points are not restricted to just those who identify themselves as Democrat, it also includes way too many Independents, Republicans, as well as the citizenry in general that profess no particular political interest.
  1. They are scared.
  2. They are lazy.
  3. They want someone else to provide for them.

And to those that somehow believe that this is something "new under the sun" I would suggest that they carefully read the second paragraph of the Preamble of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. There you'll find a very accurate description of the human condition, as valid today as it was when it was engrossed and adopted on July 2, 1776 by the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress assembled.

Hey Greg,

There's a simple answer to your question...THEY WOULDN'T!!!!!

I agree with you in part; it IS simple, and for me, it's no longer a question of Republican, Democrat, or Independent.

It's about the difference between those who still believe in such things as the US Constitution, the sanctity of marriage, the Bill of Rights, and morality............

......and those who don't. :|

Before I continue, I want to offer an apology--for getting so wordy in my explanation.

But I feel I need to do this because I have taken this stance time and time again, and feel I haven't done enough to explain why I feel the way I do about the New Socialist Party of the United States, aka the Democrat party.

There is no Democrat Party, except in name only. It now represents the Socialist and Communist ideology in America. The "Democrat" party and the Communists/Socialists have the same ideals in common--and something else:

they both support Obama unequivocally, for exactly the same reasons:

"Since 1988, the CPUSA has not run its own candidates for president and vice-president, preferring instead to work through the Democratic Party. Its support for Obama in 2008 and again this year has been open and outspoken."

"Obamas support in the CPUSA, a political entity once funded and directed by Moscow, has become an open secret, although the major media treat the subject as something not worthy of serious discussion. This silent treatment extends to the matter of Obamas mentor, a member of the CPUSA named Frank Marshall Davis. Members of the party have known of Obamas connection to Davis for many years, which may account for their support of the Democratic Party politician in 2008 and now in 2012. A congressional friend of Obamas from his Chicago days, Rep. Danny K. Davis, still associates with the CPUSA and even accepted an award from them.

Obama isnt the only Democrat getting various kinds of communist support. Workers World Party, an openly Marxist-Leninist party, endorsed Democrat Charles Barron for the U.S. House

Now.........read the following and take careful note of the use of the word "progressive:"

The Workers World Party newspaper referred to Barron, a city council member, as a former Black Panther who continues to connect with many sectors of the progressive movement.

The Workers World Party was investigated by the House Internal Security Committee for its support of the North Korean regime and Arab terrorist groups.....................................

AND NOW GET THIS:

" But the House Committee was disbanded by liberals in Congress."

http://www.worldnewstribune.com/2012/06/28/communist-party-usa-re-electing-obama-is-absolutely-essential/

A spokesperson for the Communist Party USA said this:

"we have always advocated the formation of an independent people's party at the core of which are the working class and labor, racially and nationally oppressed people, women, youth, immigrants, seniors, gay and straight, etc. It is essential for any deep-going social change......... Millions who have to be at the core of this [communist] party still operate under the umbrella of the Democratic Party, albeit increasingly in an independent fashion."

And here's what he has to say about Conservatives:

"We are keenly aware of the fact that the agenda of the far right is to bring this administration and country to its knees, with a heavy dose of racism, lies and economic sabotage, setting the stage for a full blown return to power of the most reactionary, racist, anti-labor, anti-women, homophobic and militarist grouping in U.S. politics."

.........sound familiar? :drinking: that's exactly the same kind of propagandist rhetoric that Libs spew out every single time someone criticizes Obama.

The article goes on to list organizations allied to the Communist Party USA dedicated to get out the vote for Obama. Here are a few from the CPUSA website: Resources to help get out the vote: "AFL-CIO Labor 2010", "One Nation Working Together Events" , "MoveOn Stop the Takeover", and lastly..........

Obama's very own, "Organizing for America Call for Change." :|

I know this is a lot to take in, but once you do, a person begins to realize WHY the Dem party no longer speaks out FOR religion, FOR sanctity of Marriage, FOR family values, FOR Americanism, Capitolism, or Freedom.

It's because the Socialist/Communist Party is the enemy of all of those things. They have always been against anything that makes America great.

... The individuals that you are describing are known (well, to anybody that bothers to take notice, that is) and as you've stated their agenda is clear. Heck, after the demise of the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) in December 1991, all of their supporters in this country (and others around the world) had to find somewhere to go, where better than the Democrat party and the environmentalist organizations.

While sad, I've always found it amusing that the present day "Liberals" (once again to surface as "Progressives") have shifted so far to the left, that they had to go back and create a new category in academia (i.e. the "Classic Liberal") to account for the glaring gap between themselves and the founders of this country. Which would have recognized today's so called "Liberals" for what they are "Socialists."
