He was not

He was irreligious and anti-Christian-he considered it a superstition and worse a Jewish plot to subvert and rule the world (in private and among friends-; Speer, Goring , Bormann & others have written on it) and connected it to communism-he wanted it stamped out. Publicly things were different; the Party was for Christian values and against atheism-because the German folk were Christian-and needed to be, coddled--he needed them to preserve his power, including the military, and his relationship to religion as one of opportunism. He and party wanted to support a program of "positive Christianity"--against the concept of Christ being a Jew and the validity of, the Old Testament, (his true beliefs were hidden from the people.) And he persecuted the Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses and other "fringe groups."; look at the people
he appointed to run things, and the creation of the Protestant Reich Church, run by the party and based on Nazi ideology-he believed Nazism and Christianity could not co-exist long term (Hitler saw himself as a rational free thinker and a materialist-not giving into spiritual or emotional concepts) Nazism is not right wing as it has been redefined since the war-it was socialism just like Soviet communism was--but was intensely nationalistic. (recall he adopted tenets of Mussolini's Fascist Movement: "I know the Communists. I know them because some of them are my children"; June 21, 1921 in Italy’s Chamber of Deputies.)
Do I need to say more Steve?

Here is the text of a letter I sent to the Episcopal Church, USA regarding the decision to remove plaques commemorating RE Lee and G Washington from their church:

Greg (E.Tn)241November 01, 2017 09:04PM

Churches all over in Europe and even the U.S., have already removed statues of Saints, crosses, pulpits, and altars, so as to not offend our new illegal immigrants of Islam. URL

Poland has resisted the EU's open border immigration. They hold steadfast and have constantly told the EU to "stick it".N/T

bulletman146November 02, 2017 11:52AM

Video: The Polish people marched against Muslim immigration. It was the largest march in Polands history. I believe it was 150,000 strong! We should learn a lesson from the Polish people.

bulletman146November 02, 2017 12:07PM

Now as you've pointed out on a number of occasions, bullets, you are Jewish...

Steve(Can)91November 02, 2017 02:24PM

I haven't seen any Christians or Jews involved with MASS killings lately??

bulletman151November 02, 2017 07:19PM

Fair enough. Out of interest and while I've got you on the line, Bulletman, from your perspective was Hitler a Christian?N/T

Steve(Can)49November 02, 2017 10:27PM

Steve(Can)75November 04, 2017 12:46AM

Thanks Steve. You are 100 percent correct, and I didn't want to be the one "pointing the finger" at one of the two churches that collaborated with Hitler!N/T

bulletman44November 04, 2017 11:15AM

Given the history, what i don't understand, Bulletman...

Steve(Can)66November 04, 2017 11:57AM

The Jewish people have been fighting for their existence for thousands of years against Egypt, the Arabs, and now the Muslims. Why should we give in and allow them to terminate our existence???

bulletman60November 04, 2017 02:21PM

While 0bama did not list Israel as terrorist he treated them as a cancer to be excised Gif Attachments

vlad45November 04, 2017 04:38PM

Steve(Can)51November 04, 2017 04:20PM

Re: Here is a question for you Steve... well for actually any one here

calfrope60November 04, 2017 08:43PM

Thank You Mikie. Just to think that Israel only "defends" itself from its neighbors. We have never provoked anything!!!N/T

bulletman119November 04, 2017 07:06PM

Dead on, Mike

Steve(Can)38November 04, 2017 06:24PM

Mikie in your normal fashion-you just said it better than anybody.

vlad50November 04, 2017 06:11PM

Odd thing Steve to see a country defending their existence

vlad51November 04, 2017 06:00PM

Steve: A constant nagging within my mind. You remind me of my father , who is a pacifist jew.

bulletman64November 04, 2017 03:26PM

Actually, Bulletman, it was one of the things that I always thought was kind of different about you...

Steve(Can)50November 04, 2017 04:34PM

Separating church and state is one thing...... Gif Attachments

vlad63November 02, 2017 09:05AM

Sorry Greg, I was going to post on this earlier, but didn't bother...

Steve(Can)82November 01, 2017 09:52PM

Separation of church and state does not apply here-only to the government Gif Attachments

vlad93November 02, 2017 12:25AM

Separation of church and state aside...

Steve(Can)81November 02, 2017 09:17AM

Are the great men depicted as servants of God strong in his influence?

vlad67November 02, 2017 10:02AM
