Listen to Mel.......... he knows. I did have a leak once on my Xcal II, but then i had every problem known to man with that machine. In its case ....... i believe using a garden hose with to much pressure caused it. These are DIVE machines rated to 200 ft. If properly pressure tested they should not leak. Leaking is one issue were seldom have. I cut a couple of inches off the Xcal label on mine so i could see clearly after every hunt inside the machine. Do you seals....... and you are good. I also put my pods back 4" from the cuff on the straight shaft so most of the time the pods arent even in the water.
