Love Those Indians

I didn't find much today but was digging mostly clad targets. I had a very iffy signal and it sounded like it had possibilities of being an Indian cent. I had to take a double look-see and sure enough it was! 1905 Indian. Thanks for looking and HH, Nancy

I found a 1905 Indian also this week. Mine was not as nice as yours. It's soaking and time will tell? I also found 63 dime, only silver in awhile for me. Best Wishes to all.

That's great! I only washed it with soap and water. Any silver is always a welcoming sight. Congratulations on your finds also!

Thanks Rich. Our weather couldn't have been much better for detecting. Ground was very easy to dig.

Thank you Elton. Our Indians around here come out green as you can see with this one. Do your Indians tend to have a jumpy iffy signal? To dig or not to dig? I usually always dig. HH, Nancy

Jumpy and all over the Id scale. If in the area where Indians could be, I always dug the iffy signals within a certain id.......Most Indians are very crusty, and eaten away in my area of the world.
There are a few that come out ok ......... Green patina ones tend to be the best shape ones. Unless their so green, and hardened you can't get it off of course.

The hard green is around here and it's almost impossible to get it off. Some I wouldn't mess with because of the value even with the green grime. HH, Nancy
