Nuttall Diamond Head

Hello everyone.
A week ago I ordered at Nuttall a 48 "Handle Diamond Head Stainless Steel Beach Sand Scoop. In fact I think the manufacturing quality is quite rare these days and the design is really successful.
I paid through Paypal, but I never received payment confirmation from Nuttall.
Also no answers to emails, they are impossible to reach by phone, and the voice mailbox is full.
So I told myself that they may be on vacation. I hope if this is not the case that nothing tragic had happened.
Have you ever ordered from them? If so maybe someone here has some news?
I ask this because I now have only 30 days to cancel the Payal payment.
I try to wait as long aspossible so as not to cause the company any wrong because I susppose that Paypal charges a fee.
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Good day everyone.

I purchased one of Travis' scoops last year. It took several days to get an e-mail response but I did and a phone call as well.

I bought one, the quality of construction is there but the service is marginal. I bought one and tried similar to you to get hold of Travis and "finally" did, I believe he is doing these on the side.
What type of beach will you be using the scoop on, it works well when the bottom is rocky lots of shells etc, you won't be disappointed.

Hello everyone.
Thank you for your answers.
Still no news of the company whether by mail or telephone (unavailable at any time).
The only thing that is certain is the debit from my bank account earlier this month.
For the moment I dig with bare hands or so I bring the objects in the water with my foot to the bank.
For those who received the shovel, did you have, when paying, a confirmation email?
Good hunting to all

Hmm , I was thinking about ordering a scoop from them. But, I don't want to wait two weeks for it. What type of handle do you get if you don't pay extra for the fiberglass one ?
Thanks

As far as i know the extra is for the longer 48" shaft, it comes with the 40" fiber one as stock, i've got both and would recomend the longer one especially for the water

I have only had good experiences with that company and have the 48" scoop - been using it for about 1.5 years.

Hi , yes I agree I have several scoops of different shapes and sizes , I purposely bought the Nutall Diamond head scoop for a particular bay that I hunt .Previously that bay had frustraded me so much as I was getting good signals that I couldnt dig due to the rough sea bed . The diamond head paid for its self in no time hunting in Spain as I dug out many of the impossible signals that had previously beat me !!
On rough shorelines were shale and pebbles have been a a problem for my conventional scoops its rigid pointed snout gets IN deep and DIGS OUT the loot !!! $$$ EEE
Its a very good strong tool /scoop that has its purpose , though I must admit I do prefere to use a my mega sized scoop on the sandy bays ( big bite - more sand - more chance of a hole in one ) horses for courses ( but I always put the diamond head in the car JUST IN CASE )
happy hunting Tony Weston
