I think I ordered a scoop but I am not sure? I made an account added my address, name and number and clicked checkout. I selected advance payment by bank transfer and it says Preparation in progress... Now I did not enter any bank info or CC info. Anyone know how to pay?? I sent out an email but no response yet.

Ruslan, who is the owner will contact you. I ended up using Western Union when I ordered mine. Don't forget, depending on where you are located the Ukrain can be up to 9 hours ahead of you. I'm on the east coast of US so he is 7 hours ahead. Don't worry though, he is a great guy and you won't be disapointed in the scoop. It took about 3 weeks to get mine, give or take a day or two.

You don't use your bank or CC. I went to a place like Western Union where you send a money transfer to STAVR. Hell give you a conformation e-mail and ship the scoop. Love mine!

I was wondering the same thing about a week ago! Stavr will contact you and Western Union will most likely be the easiest payment choice (other method is bank transfer, but that seems harder/costlier). It cost me $22 to send the money via Western Union, just a heads up.

not to hijack the thread, but what kind of handle did you decide to use? I'm still debating whether I want a fiberglass one from a Home Depot shovel (Ames brand I think) or what Stavr recommends, the Ash wood handle coated in parrafin. what handles did you guys end up using Ron Brown and mortarman?

Actually I haven't got my handle yet. I received my scoop Tuesday after I came back from vacation so I didn't get out yet. I was going out today to look for one. I was thinking of just a wooden shovel handle to start. I'll let you know what I come up with.

I have a fiberglass shovel handle allready here at the house but I bought a wood post hole digger handle just in case or for emergency back up.
Also Ruslan contacted me they said the scoop is now out of order but still shows Available on website but he said it should be ready in 1-2 weeks so I may end up getting the T-rex when their site comes back up on the 16th. Not sure though. Still debating now.

Well I got a handle on my Stavr scoop. Got it at Lowes just an ash shovel handle. Quite beefy, I think it'll do just fine.

What I see of the Stavr, it looks a lot like my T-Rex....I have been using the T-Rex for about 5 weeks and love it...got a wood shovel handle and wrapped paracord around the upper part of the handle....it is great.

you can't go wrong with it.

Ruslan is first name. Great Guy. Takes time thou. Scoop is perfect for wet sand and dry sand. For water its kind of OK. Fiberglass handle I broke after few month. Now I use wooden. Must be careful with handle.

Yes, Trex would be my 1st choice for Surf and maybe Aluminum Diablo for clean sandy lakes or very calm Surf, if it cuts into sand with ease like a steel, which I doubt it does..

Most here in Michigan use a scoop made in Detroit. Awesome tank of a scoop. Mine is a StealthN/T
