I had that happen to me when I got overly excited on some pickers I found at a spot that took me 3 hours and a lot of hair pulling to locate. And it was the president of our GPAA chapter that cleaned my spot out. He knew about where i had been that day and was at the outing where I had to show everybody my pickers. Me and my big mouth !

Yep,
ive heard alot of these stories.
I myself, couldnt think of such a thing.
if someone takes me to theyr spot, be it Hunting, Fishing , Gold, old dumps, etc
I dont go back, without them.
unless........
I want to take the kids out, then I call and ask the feller that showed me,if its ok with him.
I also drill into the kids ,,, everytime , that they are NOT to speak of WHERE, when it comes to
spots like that.
Its Honesty and Respect.
And its too bad we all have to learn lessons in order to not trust our fellow man.
But , the silver lining seems to be a great opportunity.
sorry to hear about the nuggets though.
Good luck to ya.
Dusty
