Great little detector you have there and it does its job.
Just look at your finds.
I've traded others off but always kept the Ace 250.
You put the Excelerator 10 x 14 DD on that thing and go to the beaches and walk where people lay and you'll be in you glory.
Keep up the good work and Happy Hunting

Very nice finds. Even though I mostly use the AT Pro, I still love my Ace 250 - made a lot of good finds with it. It's my backup when the ATP is in the shop. I found gold twice with the Ace 250 the past year, long before finding gold with the ATP in the same time period. No slight against the ATP, they are both great machines.

Detectors Present: Garrett AT Pro, Ace 250, ProPointer.

Detectors Past: Whites Coinmaster 5000D (bought used), Compass X-70, Fisher Gemini 3 (work)

Detectors Future: Maybe a PI type?

Start out with the school playgrounds and hit the wood chips.. There always loaded with coins, small jewelry, mini box cars and ext.
Walk around school bleachers, or the side line of a soccer field. But remember to fill your hole back in as you found it. Leaving holes open wrecks it for others.
Watch your DVD and rewatch it . Learning a new detector is the trick to finding stuff.

Happy Hunting
