Garrett Has Wonderful Customer Service

I called Garrett because the rubber part that goes over my Pro-Pointer's on off switch disintegrated after 8 years of use.
They said they would send me a new one free of charge. The rubber part is necessary or else the PRO-Pointer
won't work properly. Thank you so much Garrett.

I sent my AT Pro pointer in to be repaired. It's out of warranty. They are repairing it for free and returning it to me for free. Awesome service.

I made a video a couple years ago showing how the button wasn't working on my Pro-pointer. They sent me a couple spares. I was impressed with that.
