hiya guys,,,was just checking the awesome depth of the 2 ba,,,and i decided to air test a new 5 cent piece,,,,whoaaa,! the naughty didnt really want to give a hearty signal on this coin,,,,strange,,because it always liked them before,,,,they are made from cupro-nickel,,,,,i.e. 75% copper and 25% nickel,,,,the 2 ba loves them,,,,bvut not this one ,,,couldnt think why it only gave a small peep after a hearty buzz,,,,so i checked this out on line ,,,,welll the new coins issued 2012,,are not cupro-nickel,,,,they are STEEL,,and nickel coated ,,,this now means,,,any beach losses in this denomination are likely to be left ,,,,,bad news ,,,and total JUNK,,,rgds
