How to eliminate the constant chatter in some locations?

Been going to a park recently, and in one area of the park there is No extra chatter while swingin' away. Then in another section there seems to be an almost constant chatter which really throws me off while trying to hear the good signals. Is there any adjustment that can be made to eliminate or lessen the amount of nonsense chatter? There are no power lines in the area FYI. Thanks.

If your using one of the stock programs where the "PreAmp Gain" is set to "2", lower it to "1" and see how that works. If its a custom program it could be AC, DC, or PreAmp sensitivities to high, and we would need to know the setup to really assist. If its EMI ( could be underground), try using Frequency "5".
