Im in pro options , If I turn the autotrac off does that automatically disable the the autotrac speed ? thanks

Yep, with autotrac off, there no speed to adjust.

Doesn't matter. With autotrac off, there is no automatic change to ground balance. So even if tracking indicates an adjustment is needed it will not be done automatically. That's why you should make a manual ground balance any time you pass from one soil condition to another when autotrac is off....and it's not a bad idea to manually ground balance once in a while even when it's on.
