I saw on another forum that Minelab has finally opened another repair facility. Minelab says contact them and they will issue a RMA and tell you where to send hyour detector. Information was that the facility may be in Pennsylvania.

ITs not that they opened "another" repair center, they moved it. KellyCo is no longer a repair center for minelab machines.

Their web site disagrees. For a variety of reasons I have never cared for Kellyco. Mainly the way I was treated by one of their salespeople and then take over two months to ship a product that they had in stock. And a few other reasons.

Minelab's rep disagrees with what that website says.

One would think that Minelab would be doing everything possible to get the word out. They still list Kellyco on their own web site. There are a lot of Minelab owners who have not been informed of the change.

Yeah, I have been following this on other forums as well. It is unclear where or how many repair facilities there are?!?
