I am looking for more information on the S-1 Probe for the Sovereign GT. I have my meter clamped to the top of my handle and would like to know if the cord connection from the S-1 switch box will reach up to where my meter sits? What I know I need is the meter bracket for the S-1 probe to hook to. If this cord won't reach is there an extension cable out there that will work for me? Also, I always keep my Sovereign GT control box hip mounted. Appreciate any help. - Jim

On the GT the meter is made to mount right on top of the probe switching box, the switching box mounts on top of the shaft on a V clip. Now the cable from the switching box is not real long so from the look of the picture the meter was mounted on top of the hand grip which I beleive will not have enough cable to reach from the probe switching box to the meter.
