Some free email hosts like Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. and commercial email hosts or ISPs will at times mistakenly block or move our activation emails into a spam or junk folder.

If you do not receive an activation email within 5 minutes after you complete and submit your registration, you will need to check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot locate your activation email, then you can use the "contact us" form to request for manual activation of your account by us. Note that this can take up to 72 hours.
