Garrett Went The Extra Mile Again.....

I was having some issues with a coil that I had purchased brand new for one of my Garrett detectors a few years back. I phoned customer service a couple of days ago, explained my issues, and today (2 days later) I got my new coil! And I don't even live in the USA! Can you believe it!

Now that is customer service :thumbup:

Such level of exceptional service . . .

I, purchased a used infinium online, this year, it was a 2004 model. sent it in for a tune-up , and received it back at no charge (shipping and ins.to garrett only), with a complete udate and recondition stock coil. Garrett is my choice

You will have to look long and hard for a better company than Garrett when it comes to taking care of customers. They are nothing short of Outstanding.
