Fridays Finds--Not So Scary

My finds from Friday the 13th.
Found them in a wooded area aside a path that led down to a stream.
The small object to the right is a religious pin; and most likely a copper alloy as it rang in "Injun Territory".

The dime is a 1908-D Barber. It wasn't very deep (3-4") so I am not giving this one to the ETrac. Any decent detector would have found this one.

In any case, posting all my finds made with an ETrac this Spring/Summer.

I will say this, from what I have learned so far. I have probably about 20 hours of use now. It does find deep coins. Deeper than any of my other units.

You will start getting deep as soon as the dirt will allow you..... Good looking Barber.

Thank you! I won't lie --I worked hard for it.

I hope you are right. I was a bit dismayed yesterday as I was at an old ball field from the early 1900's.
It was very trashed with iron.
But, the soil was not moist.
We are having a drought here in the Northeast and had little Winter snowfall.
I did notice the rosie I picked up early in the week was in a poorly drained area at an
old pool complex. The dirt was very moist and it was a foot down.
So, I am not giving up on the ETrac yet. It does find silver--no question.
Just did not get the deepies yesterday like I expected. (I will post yesterday's finds later today.)
Thx to you and everyone for all your help.

Footnote: I will say my F-75 is a bit better in iron infested sites. I do like the ETrac capablilities--but I am being honest as well.
