Did you know that Windows 7 has a screen capture tool built into the system? It allows you to draw a box around any part of the screen you wish to save and then saves it as a graphics file. It is called "Snipping Tool" and can be found in the "All Programs - Accessories" folder in the start menu. I use it all the time.

Hi there, if you are on Google Chrome browser (applies for both, Windows and Mac version) I'd like to point you out to the extension named "Explain and send screenshots" that allows you to select either whole page or a selection of it, add text, arrows, circles, etc. and save it as JPG image. Details here: Explain and send screenshots

Windows 7 comes with a thing called Snipping Tool. You can capture any area of your screen. I use it often. Very easy.
