I went out yesterday for about two hours. I was digging mostly deep signals . Just when you think a small area has nothing more to give up. I pulled a 1943 wheat and then a nice childs tractor toy. the toy is a import .....most of the toys iv been pulling from this area have been from the uk. no hotwheels.....just imports...not complaining. I pulled a spoon out at about 8 inch's down. thought it was silver. it looked nice. but steel. also found what looks like a old buckle . and then a small pile of clad and misc junk. Its just a little warmer today so lets see if i can get some silver!!!!!!!!!-SWAMPHAWK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a good time hunting to me. Yes, you're brave for going out in this cold. Way to cold for hunting here. Brrrrrrrr. Thanks for keeping us posted on your finds. That silver will come soon! HH, Nancy

Sounds like you made some good finds. I have to agree with the above posts, just a little chilly for me to hunt while I have a chance to get some inside work done. Looking forward to seeing your finds at the meeting.
