I found my first gold gilted general service button on 7/3 and the dime on 7/6. Hope you all had a great 4th.

are you saying that the general service button isn't gold plated?

There are plenty of gold plated general service buttons that have been dug by many, many other people.

They aren't too common of a find but like I said there are plenty out there. This was just my first.
