You guys have to see this show. It is a BBC comedy not reality TV. One guy uses a CTX and the other a Deus.

Now thats a detecting show! :clapping::rofl: "Buttons? &%$# Off!"..:rofl:

I had my Wife take a look at the scene where the guy comes home to his girlfriend, since its exactly like what goes on with all of us......she said, "Hey, thats the guy who had the wooden eyeball on Pirates!"
Thanks Mate! This is the best detecting show ever! You should post the link on some of the other threads to this Forum...outstanding!:clapping: I'm gonna watch them all! Hell, I might just join a local club on account of this!

Yes , very good!
I liked that "We need the power of the club ,,,all 7 of us"
I can understand the humor better than the accent.:)

I went back tonight and watched all three episodes again with a critical eye...These guys who put this together nailed our sport! Great backstory, character development, mystery, intrigue, absolutely outstanding show that anybody should appreciate, detectorist or no...I'm gonna run it past a few people I know who dont detect but who do appreciate some creative dialog and a story line just to see what they think..get their input as to if they think this may have wheels...I doubt they'd catch the subtleties that we recognize...still, the character development is perfect, no matter the subject base, everybody has to agree with that...:thumbup:
