    The general consensus is that a lot of it depends on your hearing…Old koot had a better time with the same bone conductors that I tried….They were not loud enough for me, but suited him fine….Your ears are open to any noise around you…If your at the beach and the waves are crashing, you struggle...

    Running a high recovery speed works especially well in places that you know targets will not run that deep…. I set a high recovery speed when hunting tot lots and it helps a lot !

    I miss the 0-99 scale….I’m not sure if the resolution is any better, but the numbers coming up are more finite….I hunt a lot by tone, but when targets that are different, but are close and in the same range come up, it’s nice to have a larger scale to double check..For example…A dime and a penny...
