Started the day with a Walmart Coinstar find, a ‘57 Rosie which looked new. Later, went to an elementary school and found the 925 ring under playground equipment, was a shallow target under the bark chips. Gave me a strong quarter signal (85). A short time later found the silver war nickel in the grass, was shallow and gave a strong nickel (32) signal.
Was using the F70, low disc, DE, low sens, high thresh, 3H, 1 notch. Ended up with about 3 dollars clad to go along with the silver.

Nice finds,gotta love silver..I don’t find many rings,but I sure do try..My towns so poor I can’t even find a junk ring.lol. Congrats on the silver haul
 
Thanks woodbutcher, yes its fun to find silver. Most of the time its clad and trash. Hang in there, your turn is coming, persistence and good locations, good luck.
