Whites DFX or Whites MXT Pro

It is going to depend on your personal preference for a detector.
DFX you can program and you have many features to tweak then you have to reground balance each time you make a change. Kind of slow doing that.
MXT you turn a knob or flip a switch and keep on trucking.
MXT is a faster unit. DFX can operate on two frequencies at once. That in itself is better for salt water beaches.
If your not going to go to the beach I would get the MXT and then buy the 6x10 white DD coil for it. Best whites combo I ever used.
That is just my 2 cent run down for what it is worth.

dfx. will Id gold rings like no other . I have owned many other detectors, takes very little time to learn. It works for me
