Got out today (1st time 2022) with my long time hunting buddy today and found out I get out of shape in the winter. 😀
Anyhow, we garnered permission at an old home in a nearby local town. I believe we had hunted it one time many years ago under different owners.
We where both so glad to get out and enjoy the weather.
I dug three wheats the oldest being a 12 then a 25,26. I also got a Merc. I also dug two colonial era flat buttons and trinket stuff but, gave those to the home owner.
The cool find was my friends token and especially the Courier Car Company emblem. After doing some research turns out the only made cars from 1909-1913 which where suppose to compete with the model T Ford but be more affordable.
Im sure these aren’t dug up everyday 😀
Its made out of solid copper.

Here a link that explains about the C.C.C
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Courier_Car_Co

And I found the exact logo telling where it was on the car originally.

Spring is here I think so, HH everyone.
