I was watching this video and thought wow I can only imagine how many coins are in these old neighborhoods!
Probably have to pack a sidearm lol

Someone is looking for trouble going into those neighborhoods 😂🤣

I think you would need a bodyguard while detecting at those sites, but I agree… probably a treasure trove of finds there!!
I’ll sport the AA12 while you hunt for silver 😂

Good God man, have you no shame? You need to put a warning notice on the post before showing detector porn so early in the morning!!!! 😂😂
Probably safer trying it in the daylight than in the dead of night…….

Detroit has changed a lot in the last 10 years. Junk houses were abandoned, burned out or demo'd and now an empty lot in some real old areas.
Some block areas are so empty you might imagine it is farm land. In fact some one is plowing an area for crops.
So without the housing the population also plummeted.
So with less people you think less chance for pedestrian interaction. Then there is a possibility of drive by shooting or attemped car jacking. Seems to be a lot of car jacking incidents at inner city gas stations on the local news resulting in gun fights. A retired police chief was attacked and wounded lately. He got two of them but a couple got away in their car.
I drive by areas I used the live in. Just shocking ihinking about once was.

It is amazing to see that huge amount of vacant or abandoned houses… they looked like nice houses at one time.
Probably the same as the housing projects built in St. Louis, MO but those who lived freely or cheaply in them ruined them by turning them into DRUG Places plus Murdering & Raping Establishments-Now torn down or EYE SORES if still standing! Ma

And then came the demonicratic administration that reduced it into rubble.
I was going to write this but you beat me to it. 😂
