Have had the Legend for about two weeks . Still low on the learning curve. A bit spoiled with the info and control that was displayed in color on thr V3i

Welcome! I'm hearing some good things about the Legend. Let us know how it is going with you. HH Jim Tn

I had a v3 from when they first came out, and had it converted to a v3i when the upgrade was first made available. Had a DFX for many years before that. Used the V3i up until I took a break from detecting 5-6 years ago. When I came back I decided to try something new and bought the Legend. I ran a 13 and 15 inch coil on the V3i so I wouldn't say the legend is deeper with the 11, but it is more stable, lighter, and more of a get up and go detector. The VDI reading are wider spaced on the V3i which makes target ID a bit more reliable. If Nokta would expand the VDI out a bit on the Legend it would be perfect for my detecting. That said, I plan to sell my V3i and stick with the legend and will keep my fingers crossed for a 9x5 style coil.
