Finding Property Markers - Any Tips?

Hi all - I have been asked by a friend to help locate property markers. All I know is his property boarders the empty lot that has just been sold. He says he has an idea where they are. From what I can tell, the area should be relatively trash free. Any tips to help me make this a success? I have a Simplex with stock coil and SP24 coil. Thanks in advance!

Found mine with a Garrett 2500 all metal mode . Mine were a rebar buried about 2” in the ground . If you know approximate area where the might be , it shouldn’t be to hard with the simplex with wide open screen

Best of luck to ya I found rebar markers for a friend of mine he had a general idea so many feet from the road and I found them.

Finally got to the property last evening. Initial guess as to where the marker was located was a bit off but found it rather easily using all metal mode. Used SP24 because I didn't feel like changing coils. Friend had already located one himself so I just took a reading off that and machine screamed when I hit it. Thanks all.

If you know where at least one is , just to analyze the target vdi and tone , I found propery makers at a friend's lot , he knew were one was , and it was rebar , so I used my v3i to scan it on bar graph and found the other three , hope you find it , HHHANK
