Rain

A banner find for me this morning was waking up to a light, but steady drizzle. Checked my rain gauge, 1.35". Airport shows 1.48". We had gotten dry as a bone and most detecting places had literally dried up. The last measurable rain we've had was back in early June. Typically we average 4-5" of rainfall each of these two months. Hope the rest of my dry Tn swinging brothers got some as well. HH jim tn

Seems the west side and east side switched climates…..I’m usually down to mowing the lawn etc every two weeks but No, still every 5-6 days. Looks like 90s next week now……

Yeah, typically this time of the year I mow every 5 days, but its now every 9-10 the past 3 weeks. And we've hit either 13 or 14 days thus far this year of 100 and + degrees. HH jim tn
