Here's the new release. Very powerful indeed. Check out the specs.

And a short video done by Steve Herschbach.

Looks super interesting. I bet this would be great hunting the Treasure Coast beaches down here!

I'm holding my excitement until I see a price...

By "mono coil" do they mean concentric?

Are you able to purchase the coil you want with the detector or does it come standard with one?

What's the price point?

These are the questions on my mind!
Mono is not DD, not sure if it's a concentric though. No price available yet.

Check out Paystreak Superfreak's Utube video about the detector before you buy.
Actually, maybe they should scroll down a few vids to see his first learning lesson about detectors performance in mineralized soil only 3 months back, considering the Axiom is designed for those type of soil conditions. I certainly wouldn't put much thought in his opinion. I have many hours in Culpeper's hot soil with the Garrett's Infinium and do see some potential with the new features.

Well Fred; Paystreak IS an authority IMO; you not so much. I'd like to see your videos for a comparison.

I believe when they state “mono coil”
This means there is only one set of windings instead or two like DD and concentric coils… the same winding sends and receives on just one winding.

What a Joke, an "authority"?? Maybe in your eyes. Folks like Fred and me and other have many YEARS experience hunting relics in Mineralized soils, not tot lot or sidewalk hunting like your hero. I dont really give a rats behind what some youtube goober says about something he knows nothing about.

Well BS hunter, be as condescending as you like. Paystreak is also a machine tester for several companies, are you? Didn't think so. Go back to your "years of experience hunting relics in mineralized soils"; you smell of jealousy.
Paystreak has thousands of videos on Utube and 10's of thousands of hours detecting in highly mineralized soil; difference is, he posts his proof, YOU don't.

With a price tag of $4000 I think I'll pass. You Garrett boys go right ahead and spend your money. BTW, I used to have Garrett detectors, Bounty Hunter detectors, White detectors, ect. Still have everyone of them, but oddly not the Garrett(s).
BTW, my brother has the Garrett AT Pro and just yesterday said he's looking to upgrade to a Legend; I told him that sounded like a good idea.

You must be kidding, he says it sounds like the Apex!!! you should watch videos of people who actually have one and have used it.
I think it sounds just like Minelabs high end gold machine's. First time I heard it I wondered if Minelab would be sueing for patent infringement.

What machines are you running ?

Right now I mainly run the NM Legend and a Minelab Equinox 800; both excellent machines IMO. Found a very nice Sterling necklace Pendant by Rockin Out Jewelry of Dallas/Forth Worth using the Legend.

I just have finds that have been featured in books and many magazine articles published. I have the finds to back what im saying, not just a bunch of videos that anyone with a phone can make. Lol

I'm sure you do, ha ha. Have a nice day. BTW, he uses a GoPro.
Yeah, my point being anyone with a phone can do what he does. What finds has he made that are historical, or uncommon even? I'll wait. Hope you have his autograph since you are such a fangirl. I would give you the page numbers in the Equinox book, or links to the magazine articles, but I dont want groupies and you seem to be that type, good day!
