Legend headphones frozen , green light on all the time

Reading the HP Users Guide, the green LED means the HPs are turned on. Steady on indicates it is paired with a device,
You might try Un pairing the HPs. then Re pairing with your Legend.

Not sure about the Legend phones, but when I bought aftermarket wireless ear buds, I had to UN pair what I was using earlier before the earbuds would pair….

The headphone power switch won't switch the green light off. The headphones seem to be locked or unresponsive . All I have is a green led.

Do they still work with the detector powered on? Did you try to re pair them? You may try putting them on the charger or wait till they run down. You can always call Andy at the Repair Center.

I will wait for the battery to drain off , how many hours would it take though. One led won't be sucking hardly any juice out of the battery

Would this cause the power switch on the phones to not work though. I can't switch the headphones off. The switch is doing nothing to cut the power. Faulty switch possibly. These headphones are poor quality cheap builds.

The wireless headphones that came with the Legend work better then any I have connected to the Legend, especially if you use the threshold they are the only ones that I have found that work good when running with a threshold, have tried several different Low Latency earbuds and none of them have worked properly with the legends threshold

the one thing I have noticed with the wireless headphones that came with the legend is if your Bluetooth is active on your cell phone or anything else for that matter the Nokta/Macro wireless headphones will automatically connect with what ever Bluetooth and I have to then shut the Bluetooth off on everything so they will connect with the Legend

The headphones have been tested by service centre and have been found to have a faulty switch , this is now a common fault with these head phones they inform me. . Part of the switch comes off inside the head phones.
absolute rubbish idea putting a mechanical switch on head phones. The switch is very poor quality. Good audio on these phones but the weak link is the on off switch. Failed after about 5 months use.
You will need a torx "star" screwdriver bit , and it's very very small, i had to order a set of screwdrivers off amazon as my bits were too big to unscrew the 3 screws.

will Nokta/Macro not replace under warranty, they should since there is a 3 year warranty

No they don't replace. They repair them.
well that is not good especially if it is a known issue, with the headphones so who does the repair because it sounds like you are doing the repair your self which is not good either in my book

This is the first I have heard of this.

Pretty much a waste of time fixing them , the switch quality is very poor. Just a matter of months before the switch fails again. I have binned the junkers.

The Build quality of the Legend Head Phones i will rate as a 4 out of ten for overall strength , they are home audio headphones , not made for out door
rough conditions, not strong at all, audio quality gets a definite 9 out of ten. Reliability is also sadly a low score at 3 out of 10 mostly the switch will be
the number 1 failure. Comfort scores a 8 out of ten , they are comfortable. If you were to make an air craft with parts as low quality as this then i am sure
you would on the ground in a thousand bits within no time

The Headphones are now working fine , i had to wait till the battery went flat on the phones which takes 5 weeks. Re charged them and now they work ok. I can't understand why they malfunctioned in the first place though.
