Equinox 600 and 800 on sale everywhere!

Just checked a couple of inline sites and the 600 is $599 and the 800 is $899. Both down 100 bucks.

Good to see Minelab working to reduce inflation, or maybe it is just clearing out the Nox for the onslaught of the Manticore

I am going to sell my eq800 with 3 coils after I get the Manicore. I am still keeping my f75 and e-trac.

I will sell my backup Equinox 800, keep my E-Trac, Equinox 800, and am going top buy the Manticore.

looking for a non working nox 800 coil. I received as a gift a damaged Equinox 800 that I am trying to repair. I do not want to spring for a new coil until I figure out if the rest of the machine works

Who is actually going to buy a 600 or
800 anymore now. I was considering it but hesitant because of the leak and coil ears issues. But now with the 700 and 900 out no way unless the price drops way down which I anticipate and it should. Market will be flooded with equinox’s.
I would think rather than sitting on shelves they will discount them pretty quickly

The new 700 's and 900 's will be a better build quality for sure. I doubt they will find more than an 600 or 800 though. Always plenty of buyers for new models though as usual.
I don't like that red backlight though , that i had on my vanquish. The market is saturated now with metal detectors.

Look what happened to XP Deus 1 values when the Deus 2 came out. A year ago a nice used D1 with a couple coils would bring a thousand or more. Now since the D2 release you're lucky to get half that much. And all that happened in less than a year.

Like coin robber said the market will be flooded with detectors. This is not a hobby with big growing new hobbyists.
If anything its on the decline. Why most companies are charging such high prices, they can’t rely on volume.
Supply and demand is the basis for everything
