Where to send pinpointer for new battery?

My MI 4 won't hold a charge at all so my first guess would be it needs a new battery. I've been emailing with XP Deus support but the English is not great and I'm not sure what they're telling me to do (see below). Can anyone tell me where I should send it? I'm in Michigan.
They wrote: "Please buy an original one from XP to avoid any connection or charge issue with a copy. Our american distributor gets this reference and can distribute it to all our dealers there. D088M-WTUBE"

How old is it? Have you tried the dealer that you purchased it from?

Interesting. Are there replacement instructions somewhere? Also $92 is only $10 less than a brand new one :-(
You should probably call them up and see what the options are. I just remembered they sell and stock some parts.

$ 2.00 if you want to go this route

Try another charger and outlet too. Another thing to try is to after the PP says it is charged, unplug and plug in again. if that doesn't help:
Email: contact@xpmetaldetectors-media.com They will tell you where you can get it serviced. You can, like they say above, purchase a new battery and install it yourself if you want. It is not too difficult and would save on shipping.

Thanks! I have tried numerous chargers and outlets. It starts charging and immediately shows the full charge LED blinking. Then it only lasts for 10 uses or so, then just dead in the water with no low battery weirdness or anything. I may try it myself if it's not too difficult.

You are most welcome. Be aware that LED blinking means it is charging. When fully charged, it blinks once every 4 seconds. When you turn it on, if it is fully charged you will get 3 blinks, 2 mean 60% charge, 1 is 30%. I hope this helps.

Exactly. It blinks once every 4 seconds, telling me it's fully charged. I left it on the charger like this for a couple of hours 2 or 3 times just to see what would happen. Same thing. After about roughly 10 uses it just will not turn on again.
