When you read the stories of all the people who travelled that route when it was plagued with bandits & hostile Indians, burying their Life Savings before an attack & no one survived it makes you wonder. Karl Von Mueller writes about the treasures he found as a young man in the 1930s just using a wagon bar as a probe.
