Some colonial finds Draped bust along the river

We headed out on the Ct river to a nice spot that had an old cemetery on it oldest grave was 1790’s.
There was a nice clearing in front of it where I found the large nice dandy button we also found two more flat buttons in that area I was surprised no coins but that changed as we started along the overlook my friend Henry was using an Etrac when I heard it signal I said that sounded real good it was a 1936 mercury then right next to it a 1947 Rosie .
So I went along the river bank and had a nice signal it sounded silver to my surprise it was a draped bust can’t see a date on it reverse is nicer than obverse.
We were out a couple hours the nice advantage of having a boat to explore untouched areas can’t wait for it to get warmer and start checking new spots…
