Etrac problem with speaker and headphones

Well I have read that someone had this problem a while ago but i cant remember where I read this. I then checked to see if my etrac had the same problem back then and it did not. Well today I was cleaning the coil and coil cover and I tested some sounds with a silver coin. I then noticed I was getting the same sounds out of the speaker, just a little quieter, that I was getting from my headphones???? My headphones were pluged in all the way, I could clearly hear the tones and everything through the speaker! Now I know that this is not right. I did a backup and a master reset then put my backup back on, still had this problem. Please can someone tell me what the problem is?

Maybe in the Headphone jack on the detector.

check the volume limit under audio ....it sets the volume of the etrac.....
menu...scroll over to audio... and down to volume limit.....for no headphones it is maxed out at 30.....with headphones adjust to each individual user

If I remember correctly, the detector knows whether you’re using headphones or the speaker and the volume settings are separate. I think you can for example set your speaker volume for 20, then plug in your phones and set a different number. This is either Etrac or my 705 that did this.

У меня тоже так, думаю это норма, гнездо чистил, разбирал.
