Equinox 700 Question

I have a Equinox 700 and have been thinking on the new Xterra Pro as a backup. Just seems like the 700 has everything the Xterra has to offer. Am I gaining anything other than another detector ? Also I'm wondering if the ML85 headphones I have with the 700 will work with the Xterra? If so do you have to pair each time I would switch detectors? Thanks Joe
 
The only thing you’d be gaining is a very capable detector at a heck of a good price. I have a 900 that I bought at the end of December. I don’t regret buying it but I would have been just as happy with the XTerra Pro had they been available at that time. I bought an XTerra Pro to have as a back up and loaner for visiting friends and relatives.
The ML 85 phones will work with the Pro and yes you will have to pair them whenever you switch detectors.
