This is kind of funny I have a friend that’s wanted to buy a detector so I suggested the new X-Terra which he purchased so I called him today to tell him I’m going to a beach I just found two rings at I got there first at low tide he’s a hour away and I already found a mercury dime and some clad.
I had to leave to help paint my stepdaughters baby’s room well Dan sends me a text look what I found it’s 14k!
I was happy he got that ring I helped him setup his detector and said dig everything especially the nice solid hits .
Well on his way out he got the ring so now he’s really hooked goes to show you setup right that new XTerra is a good performing detector very stable to

Beginners luck x10. that would get anyone hooked on the hobby. Nice job by your buddy.
 
One of the very first good finds I found was a white gold and diamond engagement ring (just over the fence that surrounds a UHaul 🤔😳😂). That was my first detector, a Bounty Hunter LandStar.

I have an exquisite collection of bottle caps and pulltabs now…….😂😂

No, really…… thats what got me hooked!!
 
It’s was good to see Dan find that ring he had a real bad detector before and had no idea what to buy I suggested the Xterra which he bought it’s a solid detector for the money I was surprised how well it handles the saltwater..
 
Better sell that Manti and get an X.
 
He is well on his way to getting his loot back he paid for the Xterra pro.. congrats on the gold ,that's a nice one
