Xterra Pro Accessory Question??

88junior

Well-known member
So I ended up buying a 40 dollar cable so I can use my Garrett MS3 Wireless headphones on it along with a control housing cover. But I am wondering when the 8" coil and ML 85 headphones will be available for purchase. Anyone have any idea??

So I sent Minelab a email asking about the Xterra pro accessories and this was the reply I got.

Hi Morgan,

Thank you for your email!

Unfortunately, accessory items are not yet available for the X-TERRA PRO.

We are currently anticipating a June/July time frame of when these accessories will become available!

Please be sure to check in with Minelab’s social media channels as well as email newsletter for an announcement regarding the release of the items.

That’s not right….. Minelab should not flaunt their detector . Then take months to bring it to market!!! All the coil sizes should be ready to go at launch!!! 7”x10” ( the one best for us old coin hunters) and people wanting to take to fresh water lakes (SOON) !! 🤬

Agreed! Especially since the only wireless headphones that will pair with it can't even be purchased yet. I think they were in a hurry to beat the Simplex Ultra but looks there was no rush. The new Simplex doesn't even have the proper stock coil yet.
