This place is awesome. I have Hunter this for 20 some years and it keeps giving up great fines. This is a musket hammer and trigger assembly to a musket rifle. This is the second one that I have dug there. Just finished with the electroless . 250° In paraffin wax to preserve it from flaking off Thanks for looking TennBob.

May I ask roughly where you found it ?
An old battle field maybe ?
I have never found anything special like that.
Guess I'll just keep dreaming. 😊

I found a toy gun once, does that count?
That would be a jaw dropper for sure!!!

It sure does count it was a gun! Just got this all electroless I found it about two weeks ago. You will probably love this.!! I thank it’s 10 inch ? Cannonball fragments exploding ball and it has been boiled in paraffin wax to keep it from flaking as well. Thanks for look. TennBob
