At top right of page click on My Account and it will take you to log in, below that click on create account, fill in information and wait for validation email and then you will be able to log into your account and update to 1.0

I'm using Microsoft Edge which is a approved browser thats listed and as I said it still does not work.

Probably a setting in your browser or another type of antivirus/firewall blocking it. Should work.
Your probably right going to disable my anivirus and adblocker and see what happens.. targits downloaded Chrome browser but forgot to stand on one leg still didnt work

I would think if it was a problem with the update it wouldn’t work for anyone or everyone would have the same exact problem. Seems to be more of settings or computer setups that some people have. I would also assume they tested the update but can’t possibly compensate for every possible setup out there. Even listing all the possible scenarios is a challenge
Well I disabled everything, antivirus, firewall, adblocker etc still says site taking too long to respond unable to reach..you got me Ive never been able to not figure out a problem like this...downloaded the last update with zero issues..

I'd give brave browser a try.... Install it plain vanilla and don't import anything.... Brave is the Chrome that should've been... Chrome has striped out a lot of the config options they used to have... Brave left them there.... While Edge is now chromium based... It's way too busy meat hooking your meta data to microsoft to be useful... And the browser cache... cookies... and site setting may need cleared out... beyond that the ipcache would be the next thing to look at... If this is a wireless setup... Go hard wired for a laugh... I have had that make a difference in the past... all it can do is not work... and it's already doing that...

I waited for Saturday to do my update. I am using Chrome as my Browser. I have to disable my Virus shield.
I registered and received the confirmation almost immediately.
Went on to to update link and set up the hand held module - It erased and updated in a minute or two.
That seemed too easy.
Then the WS6 - I got hung up on this because i had to log out to get to the right page for the ws6.
Once I was on the right page that loaded up pretty quickly too.
I then tested the WS6 and had to hold the "- button" for 10 seconds to link up the head phones.
All and all it worked ok for me. The Pin Pointer MI-6 and the Coil was still paired.
I ran thru the programming to see the changes.
On their web page there are PDF's to download under the video links in English for the updated instructions
