I spent an hour working a cellar hole Thursday.I used the Fors Core with the 5 inch coil .It was very thick with brush and iron so the little coil was perfect.I made a video also .I use the pivot head glasses so the film isnt the best while im moving around..I need some ideas on a better camera set-up if anyone has suggestion i would appreciate any input.. .The six pointer was a 1st for me..Very happy with the finds for such a short Hunt..

Nice finds. A silver spoon is on my bucket list. That 5 inch coil is an eye opener for me as well. I tried it last Thursday on a 1 hour hunt (in a pounded place) and found a few goodies (mainly religious pendants). I find I have to go very slow with it and can't expect to cover much ground in little time but that's expected. The trade off is that hidden things suddenly seem to emerge from nowhere.

Active detectors: Fisher F19 LTD, Nokta Fors CoRe, Makro pointer and way too many coils.
Previous detectors: Bounty Hunter Discovery, Fisher F44, Omega 8000 V6, Minelab X-Terra 705, Fisher F5

that excellent smaller-size coil mounted. That little 4.7X5.2 'OOR' DD coil is my most-used and favorite coil on the FORS CoRe, but that also because I pant myself in very brushy, iron plagued debris sites most of the time. It's amazing to experience the performance potential we enjoy with the CoRe and 'OOR' when we work that detector/coil team in and around dense trash or poke it in, around and under heavy brush. I look forward to more good finds to come from that site you have to hunt.

Thanks monte...I had forgot just how deep this small coil will go..And it picks up the smallest targets..Ive found items the pin pointer barely sees they are so small..I have a good feeling there's alot more to find at that site.. HH Jim T
